1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with Soloz Partners Network (SPN), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Activation

Registration on SPN is free. However, to unlock the full earning potential including Team Overrides and higher commission rates, partners must pay a one-time activation fee of 20,000 UGX. This fee is non-refundable as it grants immediate access to premium partner training and digital tools.

3. Earning Models

Partners earn through five primary streams:

• Product Sales: Earn 10% - 30% commission on the sale of digital products (Websites, EduSphere Cloud, Soloz CRM etc.).
• Direct Referrals: Earn 5,000 UGX for each of your first two referrals and 10,000 UGX for the 3rd referral onwards.
• Team Overrides: Passive 5,000 UGX earned from the growth of your team (Activated Partners only).
• Profit Shares: Daily dividends based on active share plans purchased.
• Recurring Income: Monthly commissions from client SaaS subscription renewals.

4. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 UGX.
• Payments are processed to verified Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel) numbers only.
• Standard processing time is 24 to 48 working hours.
• A maintenance fee or network charge may apply depending on the payment provider.

5. Professional Conduct

Partners are independent contractors and not employees of Soloz Technologies. Spamming, misleading advertising, or creating multiple accounts to self-refer is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban without payout.

6. Risk Disclosure (Profit Shares)

Profit Shares are based on business performance. While we aim for consistent daily dividends, ROI is not guaranteed and depends on global and local market conditions. Past performance is not an indicator of future results.
